What are the typical hours for in-shop technician roles?
Most in-shop technician positions work standard hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday). However, we offer flexibility for those interested in additional hours during evenings or weekends.
What's the typical workload for on-site mobile technicians?
On-site mobile technicians are typically assigned to 2-4 dedicated customer branches. You’ll have the autonomy to coordinate your own schedule with these customers and manage your time accordingly.
What kind of trucks and tooling does Wiers provide for on-site mobile technicians?
All new mobile trucks are International CV series chassis with an 18’ Wabash body and are equipped with a Sage Oil System. On-site mobile technicians receive a Diesel Laptop loaded with software covering all major EOM’s.
What kind of trucks and equipment will I be working with?
Wiers is heavily focused on long-term partnerships with customers operating vocational work trucks and other equipment including super-duty chassis, hydraulic systems (PTOs and pumps), booms, Moffetts, and forklifts.
How does Team Wiers support continuous learning?
