DOT INSPECTIONS
ON-SITE DOT INSPECTIONS
Our on-site DOT Inspection services give you a convenient and affordable way to obtain your required annual DOT truck safety inspection. All DOT truck inspections are performed by a highly qualified inspector in accordance with FMCSR’S 49CFR 396.17 through 396.23.
ANSI INSPECTIONS
IDEAL PERFORMANCE
Annual and daily inspections are required for all aerial work platforms. Annual inspections must be performed within 13 months of the last annual inspection and documentation must be kept on file for at least 4 years. All manufacturers provide daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for each aerial lift, which include a visual and operational inspection.
CRANE INSPECTIONS
OSHA & ANSI/ASME APPROVED
Wiers offers comprehensive inspection services to meet current OSHA / ANSI / ASME or MSHA Standards. Our crane inspections consist of visual, operational, non-destructive examinations on suspect areas (magnetic particle and ultra-sound) and load testing in accordance with applicable OSHA and ANSI/ASME Standards and Mfg. specifications.

Q: Can you test hydraulic equipment?
A: From pressure tests to inspections, Wiers technicians can ensure your equipment is running optimally and satisfy compliance requirements.
Q: Is hydraulic equipment covered under Wiers Fleet Partnership Plans?
A: Truck equipment and hydraulic repairs are not covered by a Fleet Partnership Plan. These services are billed on a time and material basis as needed.
