Improve your future by joining a company that appreciates your hard work and skills. Here are the top 8 reasons why you will be excited to go to work every day when you start your career with Wiers:

1 – Wiers Culture

ā€œFamilyā€ is probably the most often used term when employees talk about our company. In each Wiers location, you will find ten to fifteen people, allowing for close-knit relationships and the ability for each person to provide meaningful input. We work hard to hire people who believe what we believe.

2 – Monthly Bonus Program

Some mechanics earn more than $1,000 per month on the Wiers Mechanic bonus program! The average monthly bonus is just over $400. Our bonus program rewards technicians who work smart, stay on task, produce quality work and communicate well with Service Advisors. When we say we appreciate hard work, we mean it, and we want to show it with more than a pat on the back.

3 – Vacation Time

2 weeks of vacation your very first year! Wiers cares about your time away from work with family. That is why we offer one of the best vacation policies in the business.

4 – Opportunities to Grow

Youā€™ll have the chance to apply for all openings if you are looking to advance into a management role. Many managers started as mechanics or in other roles when they joined Wiers. If you prefer to further yourself as a mechanic, the Wiers commitment to training will help you grow your technical knowledge through five technician levels from apprentice to master.

6 – Annual Performance Reviews

You will also get valuable feedback on how we can better support you in your role. When you grow in your position at Wiers, we want to reward you for that! Our Annual Performance Reviews keep everyone on the same page so that we can monitor the impressive work you do.
