Wiers Orange & Blue Update – 2/6 A new Orange & Blue update was sent out on February 6th. Make sure you watch it and fill out a WLC!
NEW FEATURE – Quote on Tasks
You can now quote individual tasks on a repair order. Customers can accept, decline, or defer the repair, and the task will print the status on the RO.
Why this matters:
If a customer declines a quote, the task is listed in deferred repairs.
- We now have traceability and documentation on recommended repairs
- Technicians and Service Advisors can be added as the individual who upsold the additional work
- This helps protect both the customers and us—when something fails later, we have proof we recommended the repair.
