Eric’s Background & Experience
Eric brings 26 years of experience in the service industry, having worked as both a technician and manager at Caterpillar dealerships. He’s no stranger to keeping equipment running smoothly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What Drives Eric?
Eric is passionate about building strong relationships with customers to ensure their fleets stay on the road with timely and accurate repairs. He believes in leading by example, staying accountable, and always putting the customer first.
His approach to fleet management includes:
