Allison Genuine ReTran™ units come with a standard two-year, unlimited-mileage warranty covering 100% parts and labor, with optional 2-year extended coverage (ETC) available for purchase. This warranty is valid for ReTran® units installed by authorized dealers, often including towing to the nearest authorized outlet.
Key Aspects of the Allison ReTran Warranty:
- Coverage Term: 2-year standard, unlimited mileage.
- Extended Coverage: Optional 2-year, Extended Coverage (ETC) is available.
- Requirements: Must use Allison Approved TES 668™ or TES 295® transmission fluid and genuine filters.
- Support: Valid at a global network of over 1,400 to 1,600 authorized distributors and dealers.
- Inclusions: Covers parts, labor, and towing to an authorized dealer if installed by one.
- Installation: To ensure full warranty, installation should be done by an authorized channel partner.
