Comprehensive Compensation Package

Competitive Pay: $39 – $41 per hour based on experience and certifications

• What You’ll Do

As an Senior Onsite Mobile Fleet Service Diesel Technician at Wiers, you’ll serve customers directly at their locations handling a diverse range of repair and maintenance work including diagnosing, evaluating, and repairing major components of heavy-duty trucks and equipment in the field, performing comprehensive DOT inspections and preventive maintenance services at customer sites, executing electronic repairs and advanced engine diagnostics with mobile equipment, maintaining the highest quality standards while following all safety protocols in various work environments, documenting work accurately and communicating effectively with customers, service advisors, and management, managing mobile vehicle inventory and ensuring readiness for service calls, and providing exceptional customer service as the face of Wiers in the field.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (CDL certification preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of diesel technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Physical capability to perform repairs and lift heavy components in various conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mobile service or field technician experience
• ASE Certifications (PM, Brakes, Electrical, etc.)
• Experience with roadside repair and emergency service
