A Director role at Wiers designs, builds, and leads teams comprised of technicians & shop support across several markets to deliver financial results. You will work closely with the Operations, Fleet Advisor and Sales & Marketing to develop plans to achieve financial results and ensure that operations deliver PM and DOT compliance for Fleet Partners. All Director ensures that commercial vehicles are maintained and repaired quickly and correctly.

Qualification Profile:

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Prior commercial vehicle maintenance
  • Leadership experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required,  4-year degree preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
