The Business Development Representative is a client-facing consultant for the Wiers organization. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role by identifying, sourcing, and developing strong business relationships with potential customers. The function of the BDR is to call on prospective Wiers Fleet Partners customers to drive revenue into the organization to meet its growth targets. The primary purpose of this role is to uncover and identify new business opportunities in order to drive business expansion and revenue including the sales of Full-Service Lease (FSL), rental, Fleet Partnership Agreement (FPA), Geo-tab sales, Service Center, and Mobile Maintenance work.

- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM preferred, but not required

Qualification Profile:
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Prior contract sales experience
